SEED is an ecovillage rooted in place.

It was created as an alternative to conventional land development, not to add amenities or packages, but to make it possible to live well on a piece of land without fragmenting it.

Homes, shared spaces, and daily life are shaped with an understanding that land, neighbors, and use are interconnected.

The Land

The foundation of SEED is the land itself.

The property was chosen for its water, forest coverage, resilience, and ability to support daily life. Large areas remain open and undeveloped, with residential zones carefully integrated into a broader ecological landscape.

Paths, access, and infrastructure exist to support living here — while keeping the land intact as a whole.

Available Lots

SEED includes 20 individually titled residential lots within a larger 150-hectare ecological community. Four lots are currently available, beginning at 5,000 m² / 1.25 acres and starting at $60,000.

The Community

SEED is organized around shared agreements that bring clarity to how the land is lived on.

These agreements help protect the land, shared spaces, neighbors, water systems, and the experience of living here. They do not aim for uniformity, but for coherence, so individual homes and projects can unfold without working against the whole.

SEED tends to attract people who value privacy, ecological responsibility, intentional living, and the ease that comes from clear expectations.
